Unders 15s fail to Navigate Leinster Plate Final

Elsewhere a talented under-15 also suffered cup disappointment eventually loosing out to Navan in a tough and tense decider in North Kildare.

The sides traded scores in the opening 10 minutes with the Kildare side boasting a 7-3 advantage.

Huge credit must go to both Shane Dunne & Robert hayes who have managed to get players to Runner Up Metro League Medals and Runners up of the Leinister Plate Finals,this year.A great achievement.

Club president, john stapleton, in attendence stated,'although i am disappointed for the lads , we are extreamly lucky to have such talented kids in our club, from what I have seen today this is not the last of this team, and success will soon follow all of their hard work'.

Against premier Team Opposition, they showed Grit, Determination and represented the Club with honour, and look forward to more of the same ,in years to come.With 10 players eligible to play under 15s again next year, this experience will certainly stand to them.

Unders 15s beat a Solid Tullow and Portarlington on route to a well supported Plate Final.
