Scrum half Alan O’Brien returned from a year of injury hell to inspire Clondalkin to their third consecutive victory as well as their third consecutive win over North Kildare last Sunday.
Youth graduate O’Brien twice snipped from the base of the scrum to shoot down the challenge of the Maynooth based side with two well executed tries.

Conor Moloney cordially invites all members of Clondalkin Rugby club to this years captains dinner. This years dinner is set to be the biggest and best Captains dinner to date. This is the night where past players get to mingle with the current squad and also gives the parents of the mini's a chance to get to know some of the senior club members and coaches alike.

Venue: Citywest Hotel
Ticket Price: €60 per person

Match Report: 1st XV vs Athy

Clondalkin 1st xv lined out for their first match of the Hosie Cup group A last Sunday. They travelled to the Kildare town of Athy for another somewhat close encounter. The Clondalkin victory over Athy last season was definitely on the minds of the Athy players having lost the match due to a missed penalty in front of Clondalkin the post's with the last kick of the game .In the end Clondalkin were promoted and Athy resigned to another year of division 3 rugby.
