Notice of AGM Season 2010/2011

Please be advised that the Annual General meeting of Clondalkin RFC will take place on Wednesday May 18th 2011 at 8 p.m. sharp at the Clubhouse, Gordon Park, Kingswood.

Motions for the meeting must be sent to the Hon. Secretary to arrive not later than Monday 17th May.

Nominations for the Election of Officer and Committee Members must also be completed, and forwarded to the Hon. Secretary, to be voted on at the AGM.

Please use the attached form for all nominations.
