Ladies Double Win

The Clonnettes showed that their hearts are still in the game with two recent wins against Wexford RFC and Old Belvedere. They began on 30th January at home in Gordon Park against Wexford with a 41 - 14 win!
Try scorers for this Leinster Cup match were Therese Grogan who also brought about 3 fantastic converstions. Our own Leinster player Rachel Vickers gave us two trys followed by Sara Phelan who is maintaining her high try scoring record with three trys during the match and finally but importantly Siobhan Tierney with one try
. Then onto the 9th February away at Angelsea Road the girls hit another Leinster Cup match out of the park with a 32 - 12 final score.
Try scorers in this match included Rachel Vickers, a first try for Chelsea Kellett, a try from returning player Ciara Grogan and a final try from Fiona Tighe. Therese Grogan also converted a try
