CRFC Development Plan

Dear Club Member

You will be aware of the Club's Development Plan, proposing a move from our existing site, to the IRFU lands at Belgard Rd.We have an agreement in principle with the IRFU,based on the principle of a Sporting Lease.This is very advantageous to the Club,as it allows us to retain our capital for development and on going support.However it is clear that our plans will only succeed if the IRFU are sucessful in having the entire site developed. In that regard it is important that the residents in the area are fully informed of the attractive long term plans the IRFU have for the area,particularily our location on approximately 20 acres of community sporting facility. The purpose of this mail is to identify club members and their associates or parents who live in the immediate areas around the site and to hold a meeting to brief them first..The areas concerned are,Belgard,Garrynisk,Kingswood, Kilnamanagh and Ballymount. The meeting will be held in our clubhouse at 8.30pm on Tuesday 29th April .If you live in these areas or you know people who live in these areas please attend this meeting.The club needs your support to realise a fantastic opportunity for rugby in our area.
