Clondalkin RFC receives the IRFU Club Excellence Award

Clondalkin RFC  have become the first junior club in Leinster to achieve the IRFU Club Excellence Award. And one of only 10 clubs in country to receive this prestigious award.

 It’s the result of a lot of hard work by all those involved in the club at all levels and areas, be it senior, mini, youth or Womens  rugby or finance, medical or child welfare, facilities and facilities management.

Clondalkin RFC have standards and systems in place which are exemplary and the achievement of this prestigious award gives all those who are working so hard in the administration of the club great confidence and it’s a tangible reward for all their efforts in running the club.

The CEA is an independently assessed standard, with is run by the IRFU.

The award will assure all Members, Parents, Players, Sponsors and external bodies that CRFC is a well run club operating to highest standards providing a Quality Service under a controlled environment.

In achieving this award the club would like to recognize the efforts of Barry Connell, Alan Bracken and Tom Duffy, and also the assistance of LBIRFU and in particular Mr Niall Neville.  It bodes well for the future of Clondalkin RFC when such high standards are in place.
