Clon draw Navan in Towns Cup draw

The Provinical Towns Cup draw was announced last Friday. Clon have a home fixture against AIL Division 3 team Navan. The fixture is due to take place on 31/01/10. Club captain Dan Fitzpatrick was delighted with the draw and told Clondalkinrugby.com that a high profile team like Navan are exactly what Clondalkin wanted. "We will be treated as underdogs in this fixture and this is a tag we like having in Cup competitions. There will be nothing better than to be the team who achieve the biggest upset of the first round of this competition".
